Good experience at Botany Skin Clinic - I’ll be visiting again even though it’s a bit far away. The physician was gentle. Front desk receptionist was lovely too. Results will take time but I’m sure they’ll be great.

There are no words to describe the kind of service I receive from beautiful Wanda and her lovely son, I have been with Wanda for about a year now and she is the most amazing and wonderful person I’ve ever dealt with, she doesn’t just do this for a profession, but she’s passionate about her job, you can tell from the way she treats her clients, with utmost patience and respect and she assesses each individual needs. From my first contact with the clinic, I felt I was in wonderful caring and safe hands. I had wanted to take a step and have a PDO Thread Lift. I was incredibly nervous and apprehensive - and researched around every clinic in the greater Auckland area - Based on their amazing reviews I eventually chose Botany Skin Clinic. Even after deciding they were the ones, it took a further 12 months to make contact. So very glad I did, I am delighted with my results - I have renewed self confidence, and 100% recommend this business!. They were sensitive to what I wished to achieve, professional, and now, after 2 visits I have never felt rushed. Having experienced other clinics over the years - and felt pushed, I have walked away. Not so at Botany - and above all their care does not end once you walk out the door!
Had my first experience of PRP at Botany Skin Clinic. The entire team was absolutely wonderful - Wanda the nurse was so incredibly kind as well as knowledgeable. The entire procedure was smooth, painless and I have left with a high level of knowledge as to how much my skin will benefit from the procedure. It is only day 2 after the treatment and my skin already feels amazing! I can’t wait to see the visual improvements over the next few weeks. Wanda is amazing! So friendly and welcoming, I'm really pleased I made an appointment. Wanda is super knowledgable, not only does she put you at ease and takes the time to listen, she also makes sure pain management is a priority. I am having treatments to remove a tattoo and after two treatments I have already noticed a huge difference. I'm really pleased with the results so far, and the fact Wanda is also a qualified nurse is a bonus - I'm definitely in safe hands! Thanks Wanda, you're the best!
