   Staff are personable and appear happy at work. Store is very clean and has great variety of basic and gourmet food. Bakery eclipses the best cafes in town. Possibly the best supermarket in AKL

   Absolutely the best bakery and deli section I've ever seen in a supermarket. Great range of fresh veges, fruit, and meats. Not too big to zoom through if you need, but also still had a good range. You pay a bit more, but the quality is good value.

   I don’t really like this new world. And my last experience solidified my preference. Self checkout machines faulty. Would be good to have em check and maintained so other customers won’t suffer the same ordeal if paying by cash and don’t have to be rudely loud mouthed by a staff member. 1 of the nightshift staff that night Sunday 23rd November around 21:30-21:45 hrs had a microphone of a mouth which wasn’t needed nor appreciated. Cameras were checked after I insisted that self checkout machine I was using swallowed my money and lights were flashing orange when they should be flashing green. If it was working then orange lights shouldn’t be flashing?! Eventually after 5-7 mins, I was given the ok and my money was returned which was good. Other staff great, had apologised for that fault and went about their business. I did hear that this issue had happened to another customer earlier that day in the morning. Seriously. And a refresher course or re- training is needed for that microphone mouth of a worker.

   My fav new world ever!! My go-to supermarket as the staff are so nice, everything is always tidy and well stocked, the deli and bakery have amazing ready food and treats!! (Special shoutout to the staff who stacked the pomegranate)

   I have shopped at New World Stonefields for about 5 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. In the 5 years I’ve been shopping there, there have been continuous upgrades and they’ve truly never been better. The produce is always fresh, shelves are always well stocked and the bakery section is incredible. The best part is that the team are always so friendly and helpful, love seeing the familiar faces each week.

   Waited outside the door at 7.00am can still see the staff member inside playing with a poster taking her time to get to the door and then slowly opens one door, I had enough time to walk around before she got to the door I was waiting at and it's that slowness that will mean if my partner starts work early, I will go to the bakery instead of risking being 5 mins late because someone wants to be difficult on purpose. If Graeme (owner) had been standing at the door I don't think he would have been happy seeing her slack energy and facial expressions.

   Ah New World. Very nice place to shop. The whole shop is bright and vibrant. Tidy and well organise display cabinets. Fantastic deli range. My favourite spot is the bakery. The cake, muffins, maroons and donuts are to die floor. Staff are friendly. Obviously it come with a price. Cost are higher compare to Pak N Save

   One of the best! We like this branch as it looks so new - although it’s been there for 4 years. All the facilities are well maintained. I must say their prices aren’t the lowest but you do have much more choices with great ranges of goods from Europe and North America. Their services are the best. This store is much larger than Eastridge and Remuera store.
