   The night staff member at Night N Day Takanini was rude and unprofessional. Communication was unclear, as she spoke Hindi instead of English, and when I asked her to pardon me or repeat, she just yelled in Hindi. I understand that working during peak hours can be challenging, but that doesn’t justify being disrespectful to delivery drivers or customers. Very insulting and disappointing service! I have raised a complaint on the website.

   Literally waited 15mins nearly outside to be served while there were two ladies doing uber eats. I’m sure one of them could have served us. We asked twice and they just looked and smiled. Alreddy 1 customer left bc of the wait. We ended up leaving because they didn’t even bother to serve us. It’s not good.

   Absolutely avoid ordering from UberEats here—hands down the worst customer service. I placed an order at 11 PM, and it wasn’t completed until 12 AM for just five items. It’s not even peak hours, so there’s no excuse for it taking an entire hour to prepare five items at a gas station. If it were McDonald's or KFC, I could understand, but this is just ridiculous. I called multiple times for an update, and no one bothered to pick up. The staff clearly needs better training, and if they don’t enjoy their job, they should find something else.

   Very good priced petrol, Handy to get to from the motorway. Unfortunately the place is very run down, no public toliets these seem to be always out of service. The pies are okay not great and very very Hot can not eat easy asap had to leave for 45 minutes before eating. Not a lot else to eat at 5 pm. The place was very messy inside. It is a pain because driving from wellington to Northland you try and stop only once for food, petrol, and a toilet stop. And at least washing hands before eating food. Summary great location excellent petrol prices, but had to stop again for washing hands and toliets and better food.
