    The drivers for this company have very bad customer service. He was really impatient and drove quite unsafely. When We complained about this speed he responded “do you want to get out?” Which is unacceptable. We also paid for a return trip and the company made a mistake thinking we only paid for 1 way for some reason. We thus had to call them and they tried to convince us we only requested one way despite our receipt saying we paid for return. We then had to wait 45 minutes later than our pick up time for them to come

    We used Waiheke Shuttles for transport for our wedding. It was easy to organize and the team helped us plan the best way to do it based on their knowledge of the island. All of our guests made it home easily and mentioned the staff were super helpful making sure everyone got off at the right place!     Super happy with this company. Mark was waiting for us at the Ferry Terminal when we arrived and was there on time to pick us up from the restaurant. When I saw him waiting for us in the restaurant I went up and said hi, in a very nice way he reminded me we were planing to get the 4pm Fullers Ferry back to Auckland City. So pleased he did.
