   I have been here a few times, and always feel like it’s rushed. One on toes and one on nails - makes sense as it’s quicker for you too. But I always come out with my nails catching on clothes - not filed well enough. And the gel doesn’t last long, it’s been 3 days and already one is nearly off.

   I want to extend a huge thank you to the amazing team at this salon. I've been coming here every two/three weeks since moving to the area, and each visit has been a delight. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Their work is consistently flawless – my nails have never chipped or had any issues, and their cleanliness and attention to detail are unmatched. The products they use and their designs are fantastic; my nails have never looked better. I also love their loyalty program! Thank you, ladies, for your exceptional service and beautiful designs!

   I visited for a gel pedicure removal, which cost $25—more than other places I've been. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The gel polish had already come off on a few toes so it should have been a simple job. The technician cut my big toenails so short that they now hurt. The others are uneven. In total it took her less than ten minutes (again seems expensive). She finished by spraying and wiping alcohol on them and then walked away. No nail or cuticle care was applied. Photo was taken after she finished. It wasn’t worth asking for a better job as she had already left.

   I have gotten my nail done here for over a year now, they do an amazing done of keeping my nails nice and healthy and at the same time making them look glamorous. Staff is amazing and friendly with the cutest smiles on their faces. 110% recommend this place without a doubt.

   I have been going to Lume Nail since early 2023 and the three times I got my nails done, they were great and lasted at least four weeks. However, I went in for gel manicure last week and I am not sure if the technician was new but she did a terrible job at removing AND applying the polish. My nails weren't soaked long enough so the gel needed to be scraped off my nail bed, which in turn made my nails very thin and weak. On top of that, the gel applied wasn't cured properly and I could see air bubble right after. The gel colour was lifted as the air bubbles grew bigger. After three days, they started to come off. I had to cut my nails short to prevent breakage and possible infection. Not only this is frustrating and scary, it is also a waste of money. I hope this never happens to anyone and I am never going back.

   I have been doing my nails with nail professionals for many years now, but the experience that I had with this shop was shocking. The customer service was terrible, all the employees would talk between themselves in their foreign language and none of the customers could understand them, very disrespectful. The quality of the gel polish applied and the work skills that those girls have are down to zero. As I was disappointed with the look of my nails after just a week or so, I decided to go back and take them off. Again, they would all speak in their foreign language and the girl that was taking my gel polish off, did not apply enough of the acetone and the whole experience was very painful. I could not believe what kind of experience I had, and I do not recommend this place. Do not even think about going there to waste their money. Terrible!!

   My previous nail extension lasted 6 weeks! I’d received compliments for my 6 weeks old nails. My nail tech really listens to what I wanted and so flexibility with appointment. Her attention to details on designs were immaculate. My nail removals were professionally done(not over filing) I’m loving my current Christmas themed set. Will definitely be a returning :)

   Had a gel manicure done here and while the shaping was great, the customer service was average and the gel polish turned yellow the next day despite me not coming into contact with any chemicals etc. I went back a few days later and they did remove the polish free of charge. Will not be visiting again.
