   Rude agressive owner when I complained his customer's van was parked blocking the pavement and overlapping 1.5m into the road. Customer happy to move. Owner thought complaint trivial. Parking had just caused problem for car trying to turn in road. My alternative pedestrian access in front of van blocked by tractor tyre and low wall. Beach Road in Browns Bay is a busy road and pedestrians should not be forced to walk in road.

   Best place to have your mower or tools looked at if the need fixing or a service. Fair pricing, excellent service, sells pretty much everything you'd need tool wise for gardening, fair waiting periods, excellent. Thanks so much for all you do for the community of brown's bay and further!!

   Very disappointed from the service , he asked to charge me $189 for replace blade and the cutter for old cheap mower without give me pre quotation before do the job ! And when I said I'm not happy with that and I asked to take off back the part still I had to pay $124. Please give quotation for your customer first and let them know how much will cost. Happy to pay inspection fee first.

   Few Years ago I went there to get my hedge trimmer fixed. Had been a regular customer to their service. Despite this, they tried to scam me. They ringed me, saying that there is more problem with the machine. So telling me that they need more time to fix it. I went down to the store to check it out myself. I realised that they they purposely emptied the fuel tank so the machine would not work, when they tested/started the engine in front of me. I was lucky that I noticed it. Disgusting behaviour. Yes, these guys tried to scam me. Do I recommend their service? Well, yes, if you want your machines to be fixed with overly expensive price.

   Took my line trimmer in for servicing. Great job, cleaned it up and got it going in. Rob also showed me how to use it properly and what the letters meant in terms of power on the lever control. Restrung it for me too. Great service, good price and even got a free weed whacker lesson. Will be bringing in my lawnmower for a service next. Highly recommended.
