Visited first time to get information and really nice place , nice staff at the student hub center and she really made me comfortable and gave me the best possible info really appreciated that .
Dr Valentina from city campus is the best GP. Always left feeling validated, sorted with vitals, contraception, perscriptions, routine STI checks, further testing and refferalls if needed. She has lovely spirited energy and always listens to your concerns and checks you have everything you need, and anything else you might need - all within a short 15min appointment! Had my vaccines and smear tests done here. The staff try their best to squeeze you in even if they're busy. Going to miss AUT medical centre (especially the no fees) and would highly recommend to any new student.
Leslie receptionist and Simone a nurse from North Shore clinic are real gems, both of them are so welcoming, professional and efficient. I like their fees as well, most services are free for students and occasional low reasonable fees for vaccines. Highly recommend North Shore clinic, they have such a friendly and welcoming staff!

Showed up for my appointment 5mins late due to the terrible parking no spaces had to walk ages with a 2year old to then get there and they tell me I'm to late for my appointment , I was ringing them the whole time trying to find a park and no one answered the phone .
