   Slow service/refunds. They used to refund the day a returned item arrived. It’s gotten worse and worse the last year. I am still waiting - even after providing proof of delivery - four business days ago. A refund delay should be caused by bank not because they hold onto money indefinitely. By time I get a refund it will be 8 days minimum - are they going bust it’s always the concern.

   Very selective at who they're saying hi to in their shop. I did not feel very welcome. While their clothing is nice this makes me not want to buy from there.

   Don't even want to give them a one star... - They don't give out refunds when they can't supply a different size for a product - They just give you a credit note so you're forced to buy something else. Seemed a bit anti Asian.

   The staff are always so friendly and helpful when I go into any of their stores. They personally get to know you as a customer and go out of their way to make your shopping experience is a great one! Online purchases are always so prompt and whenever I have a query with online purchases they get back to me immediately. Highly recommend shopping at Superette!
