We made contact with Aidan at Kiwisafety for a roof box. He replied immediately. The process was so easy. He was so helpful. We went off with our box fitted and and a pullout awning that he fitted.free of charge. So happy with his prices. He made us very happy customers today. Was worth the trip down to Auckland from Tauranga today.

Couldn't find the right roof rack after lockdown ( shipping holdups). He asked what for and the carrying weight, then chose and demonstrated it by jumping up and down on it. Then promptly installed it. So far, so good. I've had it for about 1yr, with 65kg weight on it all year.
