I have a rule of never leaving bad reviews but these guys have so completely wasted my wife's time and jerked her around for days. She sent 18 emails back and forth with someone who obviously has no idea what is going on, only to get nowhere in the end. She tried to get delivery to Christchurch. Cult said no, it's a special item that is collect only from Auckland. Ok. We arranged a friend to collect. Cult then told her the item is in another warehouse and no collection is allowed. YOU said it was collect only! Final option was for $120 delivery, but only within Auckland, sight unseen, unpackaged, potentially damaged clearance item. No thanks. Then when my wife emailed back to ask if there were any other options... ghosted. 18 emails! Us doing all the heavy mental lifting. What a waste of time. Just go to Bauhaus who actually know what customer service is.
