   I started to write out all the problems I had with this clinic but I’d be here all day. There was issue after issue from the first visit and the staff were unfriendly and rude. I don’t feel that they are trustworthy - an example being when they owed me a refund which they claimed was over $300, then gave me a refund of $250. When I questioned this and asked why the difference I got no replies.. I even asked for an email with price breakdowns but got nothing.. I was then transferred $50 from another bank account (not Caci).. just seemed dodgy to me. I really don’t recommend this clinic.

   I have been going to CACI Birkenhead for a number of years and they are always so helpful and flexible with my appointments. Yesterday I took my 13 year old son in for a facial with Sarah (due to acne concerns) - she did the most fantastic job. Very knowledgeable about skin conditions and skin science. Today his skin is almost blemish free! No red bumps in his hairline. Remarkable difference and hard to believe after everything we've previously tried. So so thrilled to find something we can continue with to help him through the acne years.

   Love Caci! Donna at the reception is a great chat, and when I'm early she provides me with a tea or water. I look forward to my monthly appointments with Toni. She's just the nicest! I always get an explanation of what treatment we're doing each time, and she always checks in with me for my comfort as well.

   Terrible experience with Rosanne and unprofessional Stacey. I was told they don’t do free treatments after they messed up the initial treatment and blame it on me … I don’t even know why bother asking me to come in so you can fix it if you will try to charge me again and keep me on my membership when I wanted to cancel first place

   Terrible services with laser treatment. Not recommended. They were Just trying to be good when I posted google review. Their manager messaged me saying their clients are not getting results because of covid. If your clients are not getting results you guys should be refunding their money rather than ignoring. I replied her but never heard back from her.

   I was getting my laser hair removal treatment from caci Birkenhead since last year and six months. I wouldn’t recommend them for laser hair removal treatment. I am still having the same hair growth what I use to have before treatment. Not satisfied with results at all. Came to get treatment because their reviews were very good but I wasted my money and my precious time. Terrible services.

   When I joined Caci, I had terrible acne all over my face - I had tried medication and over the counter face wash but nothing worked - until I went to Caci. My skin is honestly glowing now - they took 'before' photos when I started going and I don't even recognize myself when I see them now - all of my breakouts and acne are gone, their Murad products really do work. All of the staff are lovely but special mention to Leah who has great chat and always knows what my skin needs. I always look forward to my appointments - the results are definately worth it! ❤

   Wow, wow wow! What a brilliant experience from the moment you walk through the door. The whole team love what they do for starters, which shows in their passion for what they can offer. I admit I have had a lot of 'experiences' with various beauty enhancements (yes fine, needles are in there) and I have honestly never been so comfortable. The nurse Michelle has such a gentle hand, and really takes her time to make sure the outcome is perfect. Price wise, it is super affordable. Their plans mean that you can get things done NOW, Donna explains it and it's up to you what you want. A mention to the owner Debbie, she is so lovely, she came out to chat and see that I was happy, a really committed team that love what they do. I for one am excited that they are in Birkenhead....it's about time! See you next time ladies and thanks again !
