   Such a diversity of facilities and community groups here! A theatre, Playcentre, model railway club, North Shore resource centre, R.S.A., a bush walk connecting the two sides, as well as the expected sports groups. The downside? Limited parking compared to the number of people using the area in "recreational" hours, and those who people who park in areas clearly not for parking (eg bus stops, yellow dotted lines, driveways) making access hard.

   Went to watch the cricket. These grounds are well used by the community. Only one lot of public toilets byt they are tidy and wheelchair friendly.

   August 2023 The Memorial Park continues to be a popular place, being frequented by various groups as they go about their recreation needs at these well maintained facilities. Dec 2022 The Memorial Park covers a wide area off Recreation Drive in Birkenhead. There is always something going on. Be it something at the RSA, Scouts, Rugby, Model Railway, Theatre Works, North Shore Music Theatre and the Birkenhead Play Centre. There are other activities that I won't mention as I don't participate in them. All things said, lots going on all week.

   This park is always clean and tidy and I have been visiting it for over 30 years has an indoor climbing wall and swimming pool located within the complex outdoor children’s playground and BMX track public toilets are available there is an open running track which sometimes doubles as a cricket paddock is the only thing it seems to be missing is seating and shade if you’re visiting I would encourage to take an umbrella and water bottle because it seems to lack A water fountain

   Great place to relax and have some fun. Nice sports field with a shaded children's play area, useful gymnasium, well designed and popular skate park, heated swimming pool and extensive walking paths amongst native bush.

   This is a great skatepark. It has a bowl, heaps of quarters and a great plaza section and I could spend hours going around the pump track. Quite a lot of younger kids after school and weekend days but when it's not busy it's one of my favourites
