   Horrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could. Latest completion day they agreed to was 13th August (10 business days max) for the table we ordered. We waited and waited and they were very slow at responding to our emails. The table took almost 1 month to arrive while our office had no meeting table and we couldn’t do work. They proceeded to leave a negative feedback on MY trademe saying I have no clue how long it takes. Why tell me a date when you can’t stick to your words? Never heard a single apology from them either. See screenshot of their negative feedback

   Item ordered in August, with delivery planned for November. Here we are in April with no sign of it, and no response to emails asking for a refund. Extremely poor customer service.

   I'm delighted with the seating quality, delivery and their customer service(by email, thanks to Ganesh). The first chair came without arms, but they sent me the arms after(quite fast). I really recommend them if you want excellent chairs (was my case for WFH). Also, I added one photo of the chair after assembly, very comfy!

   I was after a very specific tire that I could only found in one or two places in the whole country. KD Supplies responded very quickly on me website enquiry and I have received the tire the next day with free shipping. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again.
