The quality of the products they sell has gone downhill significantly since I was last time here a few years ago. Is it even legal to sell products that expired several months ago? Even the ones in the fridge, like the marinated cucumbers I wanted to buy so badly, were expired! Horrible, I wonβt be coming back.

Thank you Skazka team. Great work again. My order arrived fast, well packed with love. Chocolate was a hit with locals, - spreading a word what an amazing place it is. Π‘ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΈΠ±ΠΎ Π±ΠΎΠ»ΡΡΠΎΠ΅

Excellent communication and service. My parcel arrived today to the South Island just after 3 days of my order. All items packed with care, nothing was broken. Thank you for your service!

Another awesome visit, for great Russian stuff, which my Russian wife and I love. A small selection of what we bought was photographed, but being Christmas there's some great beer and wine bought. I love it here, The staff is so friendly and helpful, what now could you ask for?

Rating: β ββββ I recently ordered from [Store Name], and my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon receiving my package, I found five products were spoiled or damaged, and shockingly, one of them had a best before date that expired over a year ago! This level of negligence is unacceptable. Shipping expired and spoiled items shows a lack of quality control and care for customers. I expected better from a store like this. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards to prevent such issues in the future.

I admit that it is so difficult to bring goods from eastern Europe, but prices are biting. 1 kg of dumplings can come to 40$. A lot expired products. I hope they stabilize supplyment from overseas and it will be affordable again.

Just went for a quick look as I am on their mailing list. Small store but well stocked shelves with lots of largely Eastern European food and beverage products. 3 dedicated parks outside and that is handy and free. Also have an online presence for ordering.

Best shop for Eastern European food, confectionery (lollies) and alcohol. Russian, Polish, Czech, Lithuanian. You can find some of the great brands, Zywiec, Okocim, Zubrowka, Wedel. You can get masa makowa, pasztet, kielbasa, pierogi.

Wow is all I can say. I only just discovered Skazka - where else can you buy a decent sized piece of Speck for 2.20? I visited with a friend, and not being able to read Russian or Ukrainian we were a bit lost with some of the packaging. However that was part of the fun. Price were very low for imported goodies. I was thrilled with my decorative ceramic flask of Armenian red wine. Patient and helful staff made this a fun place to visit
