This is my third year coming here for a woman’s haircut and keratin treatment and he always does such a fabulous job and my hair looks good all summer long! Would highly recommend especially for such fair prices
I can't recommend Urban Hair Salon enough. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the chic and clean atmosphere. I had a haircut and balayage with Kris, and he was an absolute artist. He took the time to consult with me, understood my vision perfectly, give my advice based on my situation and the results are even better than I imagined. The color is so dimensional and the cut gives my hair so much life. Worth every penny. If you're looking for a reliable, talented salon, look no further!

I had this treatment just over a week ago and carefully followed all the aftercare instructions. I’ve only washed my hair once since, yet unfortunately the frizz has already returned, which is very disappointing as the treatment was meant to help with this. I was also charged a $60 surcharge for long hair, which I understand, but what felt unfair was only being told at the very end that unless I purchased their specific shampoo and conditioner, the results couldn’t be guaranteed. This was not mentioned on the aftercare sheet provided at the start or in the GrabOne voucher. It would have been good to know upfront, as it makes the treatment much more expensive than expected. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Have had keratin hair treatment here several times and I love the results. Price is good, service is pretty quick and they are willing to accommodate last minute bookings
This is my second time at Urban Edge having the Keratin treatment. I had Chris this time and he was amazing!!! My hair is so soft and straight price is great - very happy !!!
Originally taken down the 1 star review as we thought the things were not as bad as they were. Spoiler it is horrible. The cold pin perm curls service absolutely horrendous, avoid this place at all cost. The male hairdresser is not attentive and has very poor working ethics. (Read below) Took my mother for permanent curls, given instructions to lift from the roots and make permanent curls. Hairdresser told us all will be fine, I was in the rush so paid upfront, never again. Not only did the hairdresser burnt the hair badly, but straightened the hair instead of making curls. It seems after getting the money hairdresser just did not care at all. He had the audacity to say that my mother has straightened curls with the brush. Perm curls straightened with the brush, what a sick joke. Not professional nor ethical. Now it is impossible to even lift the hair. -1000/10.
My hair is so straight after a keratin blowout straightening treatment! You pay half the price compared to other salons! Thank you to the stylist Eleven very professional & fast service under 2hrs long!
