    I am very dissatisfied with the experience. This travel agency has no sense of responsibility. After you pay the fee, they even use other tour groups to make up the number of people. The experience is extremely poor. My advice is the price definitely not worth the experience! For your excuse, I don't think you told me before I paid the fee, which means you didn't inform me before I paid fee or can be refunded before the trip. If I know this one week ago, I have plenty of time to reschedule the plan, including going South Island with friends, sent the group invitation in xiaohongshu, or Facebook. Not like now, travel with people who cannot speak a little English, or people who don’t act politely.
