   Absolutely the best service! Phil the store manager is completely customer centric! We were waiting for a delivery and needed it by a certain date and time. Phil assures us he will deliver it himself, which he did. Honestly dont often see this level of customer service these days. Thank you Glengarry Jervious road! Especially Phil!

It is one of the most expensive blended Scotch whiskies on the market...

   I have $28 to spend and there's no prices on beers or anything. , the staff is not as fast enough to give me the prices on the alcohol. ChatGPT can process my price enquiry on every product faster than any of your slow staff at glengarrys. I wanted a price on every product in the room that has a missing price tag (with the results given to me within 20 secs). He only did one product manually and it took longer than ChatGPT, therefore you should replace your weekend staff and whoever is lazy to put the price stickers on. I'm been a loyal member and if you can't deliver your service, including putting price stickers on your stock that your are selling, I'm going somewhere else on Jervois Road. As for the record, this is the second time I had pricing issues! Hence the zero stars!

   Terrible service, even when taking into account the current situation (Covid19). Order placed beginning of April, now 24 April and only part of the order has shown up - have called multiple times (the 0800 number does work, the customer services number does not work - mailbox is full so you cant even leave a voice message). Feel sorry for the one staff member who appears to be working in dispatch and trying to field queries about missing orders - his reply was always "itll be there tomorrow, must be lost on the courier". After waiting over 2 weeks for the missing order to show up, we then asked for a refund only to be told that any refund would have to go thru head office and accounts and couldnt guarantee when we would get our money back. Glengarry - sort it out, employ some customer services staff to work remotely from home. Not once have we received an apology or a promise of 'we will look into the missing order on your behalf'. Customer service...what customer service. Dont recommend - plenty of other companies delivering in a quicker timeframe and with customer service at the core of their business.
