    I placed an online order and paid via CC. I called the Mt Wellington branch to change the order, and they directed me to the Head Office. I then completed the online Contact Form shortly afterwards and am still waiting for a response from HO 5 days later. I got my amended order but am still waiting for my refund. Not happy with the service at all.

    I think they your staff before working in NewZealand need to speak clear English it is no good when I am miss understood because of the language barrier i won’t go to Japan and except your people to understand me. I was trying to do an Uber eats pick up and i needed directions from your staff this incident happened in Kensington Whangarei

    At the Onehunga branch I ordered a bento bowl and got an elf in my food, luckily I only just started eating it. After I was physically sick in my car I returned to the store where there was no manager and no accountability not even an apology I was shocked!!
