   Called up about having a B12 injection via a prescription. Turned up 10 minutes early, but happy to wait. The pharmacist was abrupt and short. She approached me and told me she couldn't do the injection as she was short staffed. Absolutely disappointed and appalled as made a phone call, arrived at the time advised and then told couldn't do it as she had other appointments and was short staffed. I needed the vaccine. Appalled that they would turn away someone requiring medication via a vaccine. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I could have found another pharmacy to administer if they had staffing issues.

   $45 for the EXACT SAME prescription you can get from Chemist Warehouse for $15. Insane. Money-grabbing. Same antibiotic, same dosage. Go to Chemist Warehouse instead, it’s at most a 5 minute walk.

   Staff is super friendly but the Chinese male pharmacist is impolite and arrogant. Doesn’t listen or talk to customers. Either is his way or the highway. I have just asked for skincare product that I use for decades.

   I had an excellent experience at this shop. The customer service is outstanding, with the staff being extremely friendly and welcoming. The shop is clean and well-presented, which enhances the overall positive experience. I went in for a flu vaccination and received a flu voucher on the day of my visit, which was a nice bonus. The staff was caring and thorough throughout the process. When I encountered an issue with an overcharged payment, they apologized sincerely and worked diligently to resolve it. I even receive a small gift as an apology. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and I highly recommend them.

   Incredibly rude, spent more time gassbagging with each other than helping me out. Tried to send me somewhere completely out of town for an item... That I got from the chemist warehouse 2 mins up the road. The disdain and snobbery was quite frankly, disgusting

   Shannon and her colleague (the tall lady, sorry i forgot her name :( ) were extremely friendly and professional. I called a few other pharmacies around Auckland cbd before them who obviously couldn't bother helping me out but they were busy when I called them, took my number and called me back after 5 minutes and helped me and my partner to get what we needed. They were both so caring and genuinely interested in helping us. Thank you very much again and when we are back in Auckland, we will definitely come back here.
