   We are SO glad we chose Perspectives for our wedding photo and video! Before the wedding, we had a few calls with Jared and Amber, and every time we hung up, we felt calmer. They gave us amazing advice, kept everything under control, and honestly made us feel so supported during the stressful planning. We just knew they had this. On the day, they totally understood what we wanted and delivered it perfectly. We’re usually a bit awkward with photos and videos, but they made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. They let us be ourselves and still managed to capture the most beautiful photos and video moments. They didn’t just capture the important parts of the day—they created so many special memories for all our loved ones too. The video Jared made had everyone crying (in the best way!), and the little surprise slideshow Amber put together brought all the emotions back again. All I can say is… amazing. Truly amazing. If you’re looking for a wedding photo + video team, we absolutely recommend Jared and Amber. We feel so lucky to have had them with us on our big day.    A Truly Exceptional Wedding Photographer! Finding the perfect wedding photographer took us a long time, but in the end, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. After all, your wedding day flashes by in an instant, and the photos become the most cherished memories of that special day. We reached out to Perspectives Photo + Cinema and had a chat with Amber—and choosing her as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made! She was truly incredible. Before the big day, we discussed exactly what we wanted to capture and how, and Amber meticulously planned everything to ensure no moment was missed. When we received our photos, it was clear we had made the right choice. With around 100 guests, she somehow managed to photograph everyone! What impressed us the most was her ability to capture every meaningful moment of the ceremony—the emotions, the atmosphere, and the little details that often go unnoticed. While there were plenty of posed shots, most of the photos felt alive, reflecting genuine, heartfelt moments. Despite being in the middle of a busy wedding season (we got married in March), Amber sent us a preview within a couple of weeks, complete with a beautifully curated slideshow set to music (which we loved!). We expected a longer turnaround for the full gallery, but to our surprise, we received all the images much sooner than anticipated. Amber is a true professional with an eye for storytelling through photography. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer who will perfectly capture every moment of their special day!

   Its only taken me over a year to get this review for Amber and Jared, Sorry guys !! I wanted to write something that truly shows how much you both meant to Todd and I on our day. When I was looking for a photographer I wanted a team to support us as I know how much goes into a wedding, I wanted real, raw and beautiful photos and video. I knew that Amber and Jared were who I needed in my life ! They brought their A game and gave us memories that to this day still fill my heart and reduce me to tears. They were like a couple of warriors running around with a ninja like expertise and stealth I hardly new they were there, but I always knew they had our backs. Our photos are priceless, captured with so much heart and talent Our video is beyond what I could imagine and Jared just got who we are perfectly. Thankyou with all the feels, all the heart and all love. You guys are truly the best. xx

   It’s difficult to find the words to express just how special Jared and Amber made our day. We had a 2 day wedding and by the end of the celebrations they felt like family! The photos Amber took were just jaw-dropping. They were so bright and joyful and completely capture the love and joy we felt on the day. She took the time to understand out vision and completely captured the style we wanted. Jared's video was just incredible, the music, interviews and moments he clipped together bring the laughter and tears out every time we watch it. These are both dearly treasured to us and we are beyond happy. We were so grateful for their energy, positivity, cheerleading, reassurance, and directing on our day. When things went off schedule or awry, they were so flexible yet reassuring. Even our friends and family were singing their praises! Because of Perspectives we got to have the joyful, amazing and love-filled wedding that we did.

   Amber and Jared exceeded our expectations, capturing photos and videos beyond what we could have ever imagined. They are true professionals who seamlessly blended into the background, capturing every moment without ever being intrusive. Despite all the action on our wedding day, we barely noticed them, yet every important shot and heartfelt moment was beautifully documented. From bouquet tosses to speeches to our first dance, they were always a step ahead, ready to capture each highlight. Even when unexpected weather changes required adjustments, they had everything prepared to ensure nothing was missed. Their professionalism and expertise were truly impressive. With lots of sparkle in our outfits and decorations, Amber and Jared captured every detail perfectly. As an interracial couple, we were initially concerned about lighting and skin tones, but they handled it with such skill that we felt completely at ease. They truly made us look our best. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

   After we met Jared in 2019 at the Markovina open day we went home and binged every video and photo on the Perspectives website. It was decided then that Perspectives had to be the ones to capture our wedding - we had not chosen a date or venue yet. In fact we weren’t even engaged!! When we eventually did get engaged we booked an adventure photography session with Amber, so by the time the wedding rolled around it was like having friends or mates follow us around taking photos and video rather than a vendor we had hired. We love Amber's enthusiasm for what she does and the excited squeals when she finds that perfect light. It rubs off and makes for such a relaxed and fun vibe. And Jared has a way of blending into the background so you don't even notice you are being filmed, which means you are not distracted from what the day is about and what gets captured is fully authentic. Both our photos and videos had us in tears when we received them. Every single picture is a perfect memory and each one is special. In a day full of highlights Jared has a way of spotting the really magical moments and weaving them into a wonderful story. Combined they captured the emotion and energy of our wedding day flawlessly. We are so happy to have these special memories so we can relive the day again and again. We can't wait to share them with our little boy in years to come. We want to say Perspectives exceeded all our expectations, but actually we knew the photos and video would be bloody amazing because they are just that damn good!!

   They are the best in the business. We hired Amber for our wedding and adventure (aka engagement) shoot, and we're obsessed with our photos. There's so many great shots it's pretty much impossible to choose, and our friends and family are raving as well. They really capture the magic of New Zealand's beautiful landscapes, the tender moments between couples, and the absolutely joy and silliness of being surrounded by your nearest and dearest. They were very professional throughout with their communication, super supportive during the day, and generally a pleasure to work with.

   We could not rave about, and recommend Amber enough! We trusted her completely, and she gave us the most incredible photos of our day, far beyond what we could have ever hoped for. She captured the day perfectly, and has some super crazy talent! She snuck around silently doing her thing, sneaking us off when she found the perfect light in the perfect spot. She scouted out some secret locations, and was so helpful with choosing what sort of style we wanted, and wrangling everyone for group shots. Amber is one super cool human, she was so friendly and vibrant, and made us feel like naturals when we really are very awkward photo takers! Her communication prior to the wedding was exceptional, and the quality of work is exception. We really cant recommend Amber enough. The day went so quickly, but these photos will forever capture our day perfectly, and we will forever be grateful for your outstanding work. Memories last forever, but it helps to jog it with beautiful photos, well worth the investment for a lifetime of remembering!

   Where to start- I don't know that we will be able to do justice to Isaac's incredible work but we will certainly try but we think the photos attached probably speak for themselves! Isaac was like a well oiled machine on the day- he seemed to just be everywhere all at once capturing all the special moments as they happened. We have hundreds of photos to remember our special day yet at the time it didn't feel like we were being constantly photographed and forcing smiles! It was very real & natural. The beautiful landscape of where we were married was captured sooo well & we are so thankful to have such a beautiful collection of photos to remember the day. Beyond the photos Isaac was such a pleasure to be around for the day, such a fun, positive & energetic person. We were also blown away by the beautiful gift we received in the mail which was completely unexpected. Please consider Perspectives for your special day! We promise you won't regret it!!!
