8 days later and still no delivery. Ordered before the Christmas cut off date but took more than 4 days dispatch (only dispatched after emailing asking where it is). It was meant as a gift for a family member that they will have to go without because of Vineonlines poor delivery and organisation. After reading other review this seems to be very common. Edit: Two weeks later and we still haven’t received the delivery. Buy anywhere else
Sadly due to a third party my order wasn’t able to be fulfilled, What I can say is the service I amazing, they really were genuinely trying to help me deal with this 3rd party. They were super quick to refund, great communication, the only negative is using NEw Zealand couriers. Great selection of wine

Placed my first order with VineOnline a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately one of the consignments was damaged in transit and never arrived. The team were very helpful in organising a replacement to be shipped, and to my surprise they generously doubled the quantity I had ordered. So glad I came across this website, im not a huge wine drinker so dont really know much about it and I need it for an event, so when i found these guys i loved the fact they had 6 packs and for a great price too. So after ordering one on sunday i have received it today (tuesday) and their customer service was awesome when i thought the wrong address was being used for shipping. Highly recommend.
