   Solid range and pricing. The staff are more than happy to engage customers and have sound knowledge. The only fault would be is that they sometimes attempt to push the customer beyond their stated price range. The range on offer is good enough that people should be happy at all price points. Happy to see what I makie in this shop.

   We had a friendly chat with the short blonde girl about the gins they had available, didn’t buy one. On the way out we said bye, she said “have a good one” followed by “not” quietly. If you’re going to be a horrible person do it more quietly

   This is a review for glengarrywines.co.nz (but seemingly no option for this so it's being left on this store). My brother ordered a gift for us for Christmas. Unbeknownst to us we received someone elses gift. We were only alerted to this when my brother stated that what I thanked him for wasn't what he'd ordered. We looked in the box for a shipping docket and instead found a card for some other people (Berty and Shano)! My brother sent several emails but Glengarry didn't even have the courtesy to respond. So in short, they send the wrong gift to the wrong person (and I assume the other recipients didn't get theirs either) and then don't have the courtesy to respond and resolve the issue. Shoddy customer service all round!

   Really friendly staff. Used to have a good selection of non Champagne region méthode champenoise...if you go for the drier selections you would be hard pressed knowing the difference unless you were a very regular participant....even then after a bottle would you really care? Nice and handy to grab a bottle (or two) for a BYO restaurant.
