   Had a wonderful facial by Leah, however I couldn't fully relax as there was no soundproofing in the room and i was near the nail salon area...i could hear people talking, nails being clipped and scrubbing. The whole point of getting a treatment is to relax so although the treatment itself was fautless, i unfortunately likely won't be coming back. TLDR: The space is poorly designed and needs some serious sound proofing.

   It was a very good experience — we felt completely relaxed after the full body massage. The therapist was professional and attentive to our comfort throughout. The host, Shereshta, was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing time. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for true rejuvenation!

   Strange requirement for confirmimg appointments, where you have to give your card details in writing or over the phone to confirm your appointment. When there are so many scams out there these days I think this is pretty poor form. I always love my visits here, staff and treatments are lovely, but this requirement puts me off.

   Had the Balinese massage, was really really good. I feel the pace could have been slowed a little is all. The room was lovely and warm, beaut blankies.

   Poor customer service and a sub-par experience for the price. I received a text message 30 minutes before my appointment, I was already on route, to notify me that my appointment had been cancelled due staff issues. Lack of care for their customers. I sent feedback by email and received no response. I would not recommend.

   I was given a voucher for my birthday and was excited for a facial. I arrived to the receptionist giggling upon my arrived. I think they thought my name was humorous which I did not appreciate. The facial was fine, though there was no consultation before. The head massage was lovely, but ultimately it was someone washing my face for $130. There was no steam or extraction. There is no atmosphere and it’s not very relaxing. I will not be recommending to anyone. All style and no substance.

   Best pedicure I've ever had! Much more relaxing and lush than regular nail salons. Book in advance, though it can get busy.
