Foods fine. Prices are Auckland average. Service is friendly enough. however their Eftpos machine was broken so they sent us to the ATM on the next block so we could pay with cash. I let them know it was a private company ATM so it cost us $3 to get cash out. They didn’t bat an eyelid, said “oh well” and charged us our bill. Their eftpos machine being down shouldn’t have cost me $3 extra??? I half expected them to chuck us a cookie, or a free coffee, or knock $3 off the bill? Truly not my problem yano??

Came in for lunch the other day and it was super delicious. I recommend getting the Butty (scrambled) with a side of hash or get the merguez, these two are super yum. Service was awesome and it is such a cool cafe. Definitely recommend this place to all.

Was very busy for a Monday brunch. Food was great! Space is quite small but they do have outdoor seating and it’s nice when the weather is good.

Very interesting place. Great recipes, nice balance. Chefs certainly put their heart and soul into the dishes. Ive ordered Mergez, inspired by classical Istanbul breakfasts, with lamb sausage. Great mix, very nice tzatziki. Only reason not 5/5 is that it was a little too fatty. Maybe switching to boil-roast potatoes will lessen the amount of oil. Must try lemonade. Wife tried Istanbul scrambled and that was 4.5/5. Deep fried sage is genius.

MERGUEZ & ZUCCHINI FRITTERS - must have dishes here. The merguez had the most delicious sausage rolled in the middle, complimented with roast potatos and flavoured with Mediterranean spices. The zucchini fritters were battered and fried in a ball shape. Served on a salad with a beautiful dip. Coffee was Supremes which was strong and delicious. The atmosphere was great and very busy.

We came here after the Grey Lynn markets and seeing people wait outside made us even more curious to try it out for our Brunch. The wait was around 45mins but worth the Wait!! Our oatmilk latte & Mocha was just PERFECT! The Menu is turkish fusion, our server was very sweet & great in making sure what we wanted. We had the Istanbul Scrambled eggs & Ricotta Pancake which was very yummy & filling. I would like to give a shoutout to the team, even being so busy they look after every customer very nicely with a smile :) I had initially ordered the platter but later had requested for the pancake instead, the staff was kind and took care of my request. Really appreciate that. Food & Customer service is great. Definitely recommend this cafe.

Busy but nice, halloumi bowl was delicious and so was the ricotta pancake, smoothie was a little bland sadly and I’d love to see a proper vegan section on your menu please instead of “ask the staff” Also I had to ask staff for pricing of cabinet food as not labeled. Food was the highlight and I can see why it is a popular spot

We visited yesterday for the first time, all the way from Dunedin. My oat latte was amazing and nice and hot. Pretty latte art! Food was so unique, dishes that we haven't seen before. We had the mushrooms, salmon meal and the waffles. Incredible food and loved the vibe!
