    They used to have offline stores in North Shore and Parnell, at that time they had a range of products you could buy at a store, which was a little more expensive than other online store, but good customer service too. but now only small Epsom showrooms left, which means you have to order online, there is no product you can pick up an item at a store, but still more expensive then other online sites. Bought a small fryer. but there was a problem so I returned the product. After they received a good. They have not refunded my money back, so I emailed to the same email address to check the refund processing 3 times in a month, but they don't answer me. For this issue, I deal with about 4 service team member, their processing is very slow and first person I spoke on the phone was very rude and does not have any knowledge about their product. Just hang up the phone during the conversation. Now I understand why they closed other stores. I should go to their last store and get a refund before they close as well.
