   I feel like Korhome deserve more good reviews! Sure, it took longer than advertised for the items to arrive, but once they did they are beautiful and absolutely live up to the photos on the website. I would definitely order from Korhome again, I’d just expect it to take longer than advertised, but this is very normal for imported furniture. Communication was good overall, when I enquired about the status of my order I always got a very prompt response and they were transparent about delays in shipments.

   Ordering something shipped from china takes a lot of time which I think the other reviews on here forget. It tools over 8 weeks for my piece to arrive and the communication with this business was very tricky. My piece did arrive packaged safely, and it looks stunning! I am super happy with the result, the quality is decent and seems very well made. Hopefully in future the business will work on communication and maybe adding a few weeks to their estimated delivery date. However if you are after reasonably priced furniture that takes a long time to get here then it’s worth the wait for the result. Good things take time

   If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Do not order items from this company. They have failed to adhere to their indicated delivery time frames as mentioned on their website. I have had to continuously follow up with them as to where my items are, they have told me they will deliver them to me and they have not done so. It has been well over 6 weeks and I still do not have the items I have paid for and I have yet to receive further updates to find out when they will be delivered to me. Extremely disappointed.

   Dealing with Kor Home has been an overwhelmingly negative experience for me. Right off the bat, after receiving payment for the indicative price displayed on the website for one of their items, they informed me that their list price on the website was incorrect and asked that I pay more for the item in question. I placed said furniture order back in March 2023 and they have been appalling at communicating which may be due to them being a fairly new business. I have had to constantly ask for updates but they were unable to keep to any promised timelines. Kor Home should work on being more accessible to customers. Them taking their phone number off their website was not good customer service and only having email/messenger options for queries excludes certain customer groups and prevents any sort of quick communication. The copy on their websites don’t seem to match the advertised products which is unfortunate given the high quality of photos used. They indicated that they would be furnishing an open home in mid-May 2023. Having any sort of display open to the public would be useful for a new brand, but Kor Home still do not seem to provide any options to examine their items before purchase. Kor Home had under-delivered in all of their dealings with me, resulting in me cancelling my order and requesting a refund.
