Discussed a maintenance job with Dave and booked him in to do the job. My tenants took time off work to be home and give him access. He no-showed. I was very polite when I contacted him and as he had my tenants contact phone numbers, I asked why he did not contact them to let them know he wasn't coming. His reply to me was 'lets dump this'. I said 'I'm sorry what does that mean?' and he hung up on me, leaving me in total shock!! Incredibly rude and totally unreliable, stay away!
Arranged a job two weeks in advance. When I called him to find out what time he was coming that day he said he had no job booked and then started complained about a lack of parking in that area despite it being a residential zone with parking outside the door. This is after a phone call and text conversation with the address started clearly from the outset, and photos outlining what needed to be done. Based on these he suggested I buy new parts for the job, which I did in preparation. Needless to say, I would not recommend this service.
Shame there's not a ZERO star, enough said
