Haircut totally different from what I told him to do and there was still some small hairs left in the sides. Barber does not listen to customers request, do not recommend.

This is hands down the worst haircut I've had anywhere in 5+ years. I asked if they could do a flat top, nice and short. Yes Yes! He assures me. I knew within a minute I was in serious trouble. Not only wasn't it short, properly faded on the side, or even *remotely* flat, it was uneven, untidy. I had to get my sister in law to come over with her trimmer to *try* and make it acceptable. I wish people would just be honest about their capabilities.
