   Went in needing som RATs. Was not aware they are still free. Picked up a box for $17.99 or something like that. Found out several days later they are free. The signs in the pharmacy say “care +advice” — yet where was your care and advice selling me something like that when you’re listed as a free RAT pickup point.

   I've gone to this pharmacy for 3+ years. The staff are so friendly, and any time I've had a problem with a prescription coming through on time they've gone over and above to sort the problem so that i didn't have to stress out about it. I would highly recommend making this your local pharmacy!

   Hi Unfortunately I was in pain with a burn on my arm and purchased two basic waterproof dressings at the price of $4.99 each. Two days later I visited the Royal Oak after hours pharmacy and the one in the mall. Both had the same dressings for $3.50 each. I have noticed before that Walls and Roche retail products are higher, overcharged for a passport photo last year. So will not be buying any product from them again.

   This pharmacy is amazing. They go over and beyond what most places do in their service to customers. I can even order and pay for things over the phone and they deliver the goods daily to my retirement village free of charge. They are tops

   Owner of the pharmacy is incredibly rude with no customer service skills. They sold a prescription medicine to me at the wrong lower price (I asked them to double check the price because it seems too low) and it was confirmed to me that that was the correct price. 2 days later the owner calls me to tell me I owe $100+ dollars for the product and there’s no option to return the product for their mistake. So pathetic, I told them this is against the consumer guarantees act and they let it go.

   I worked at this pharmacy as a teenager, then have gone on to have complicated health issues myself and in my family. The team at this pharmacy are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The staff have all changed since I worked there, but I am always greeted warmly and checked on with my complicated medication needs. They work well and closely with my GP next door, and I used the packaging facility for years too to have my medications dispensed into packets to make them easier to keep track of. All the services I could need from a pharmacy are here, I wanted to add a review as I saw some bad ones without much context.
