   I used to be a regular customer here until recent. The new hairdressers that have taken over are unprofessional and rude. I came in to an empty store and waited many minutes until one of the hairdressers came back. I asked to shave of just the sides and back only and to leave the top of my hair and fringe alone. The barber proceeds to setup a facetime with his presumable partner? video calling my cut, puts on headphones and cuts my hair. During my cut he proceeds to cough many times all over my scalp and neck that I could feel the saliva on me. Then as I zone out to process what was happening and why he was blatantly coughing on me without looking away, I saw that he began to chop my fringe off. I asked what scissors he was using presuming he was just thinning my hair with the special set of scissors my usual barbers do, but no, they were full scissors and he had begun chopping all my hair off saying - "buzzcut correct?" With a look of concern and disappointment, I said no, that is not what I requested. Since he had already started the chop, he continues to cut the rest of my hair off to 'salvage it as much as possible'. Then to top it all of by the end of the whole service, the barber has the audacity to charge me extra for my botched haircut. I was so embarrassed and mad by the end of it. TL:DR - Coughed on me, Didn't listen to cut request, Charged extra I would strongly not recommend coming here for your dignity.

   Worst haircut I've had. The barbers messed up both mine and my sons hair so we had to go to another place to fix it. None of them can cut hair properly.

   Really bad customer service. Really bad pricing. Really bad attention to detail. I would take my two boys here regularly to get their hair cut and the first time we went there, the price was $25 each ($50 total for my 2 boys)- not bad and reasonable price. The more we went, the price started to increase.. it went from $25 each to $30 each for the same thing ($60 total). Then the more and more we went, the price climbed up to $35 each ($70 total) and then to $75 total. The more frequently we went, I had to start asking them and arguing with them why the price kept going up for the same haircut and the same exact thing each time, and every time I challenged them or brought it up (in a respectful way), they would argue back with excuses (for example, they would charge an extra $5 than last time and say 'Oh but I had to cut his beard' and yet he always cuts my oldest son's beard!! It's the exact same beard with no changes..). And after going back and forth arguing about the price each time, it would always end with them (the two guys and the girl who work there) mumbling angrily in their native language, sounding like they're cursing me out and saying rude things, and then they would just go ahead and charge the previous price that they originally charged me. The very last time I went there, they charged me $80 total ($40 for each boy). Let me just repeat that: $80 TOTAL!! If you think about it, the very first time I took my boys there, it was $50 total, and I had only taken my boys there about 10 times, and just in that small period of time- 10 visits- the price for the same exact services for the same exact customers increased by $30. This was my boiling point. We were loyal customers but their inconsistent prices and greed drove us away. On that day, I swallowed my pride and just paid the full $80 because I was sick and tired of arguing with them, and I told them that that was the last time I was coming back. I am never taking my boys there again. Not only this (their greed and inconsistent prices), but while cutting my boys hair, there was always lack of attention to detail and bad customer service. For example (and I have seen this brought up by many other reviews), there were multiple occasions where my sons' hair would be cut while the guy was talking away on the phone (very loudly and enthusiastically which is dangerous because he's got a razor up my son's face), and then there would also be kids there (this should be a daycare, not a barber). They would always be rude as well, talking in their native language and yapping away to each other in which to me sounded pretty rude and offensive, the things they were saying. As well as this, whenever we said anything or tried to explain cuts we wanted, he would be very dismissive about it and just hush us. Overall, one of the worst barbers ever. Please do not waste any of your time or money. I'm done with these guys.

   I've been here before and had a superb cut. Then I came here yesterday and got the worst haircut I've ever had. Guy just made a friggin mess of it, and on top of that managed to clip part of my beard by mistake and didn't say/do anything about it!! I actually had to fix both my hair and my beard myself using an electric razor, which I should never have to have done.
