   I recently got a haircut and I have to say it was quite disappointing. The stylist seemed disinterested and rushed through the process. The cut itself turned out uneven, with noticeable uneven lengths on different parts of my hair. It's clear that minimal effort was put into making sure the haircut was precise and well-executed. I left the salon feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with the lackluster service I received. I won't be returning for future haircuts.

   Used to be "walk in" but now haircut by appointment. Not really an inconvenience as they are well staffed. Been there three times now, been happy with the cut every time. Will be back.

   Took my son here for a cut. He wanted the top to be a long comb over and the sides faded, we even showed a photo. My boy was traumatized by the end of it. He had a bowl cut and his hair wasn't faded at all. To top it all off they even cut his scalp a couple of times. $20 later my son almost in tears I took him to our normal barber at Brothers who were able to fix it up for him and for free. Highly recommend brother's haircut further down onehunga mall road, would never step foot in this place ever again.
