Worst customer service ever experience,just wanted to send money to my sister in the island and this owner won’t let me,I understand that the conditions of sending money overseas I provided the same documents I provided to the western union before and he told me I need a address from manurewa because the address on the document I gave him is from west Auckland,never ever would recommend this shop to anyone worst customer service unprofessional customer service very rude owner,if I wasn’t on probation would break all your shop windows for being raises,I only wanted to send money to family mark my words western union will here about this,if you are so worried about where I stay then you are at the wrong business,this people come here and buy business and lack school for customer service have none of the above,customer service courses are free man go take it
