Just got back from shopping there. I am blown away how friendly and helpful the staff is. This morning I rang to check to see if they had a wheelchair trolley and it was a yes but a misunderstanding when I got there they had a trolley that attaches to the wheelchair, I was needing both. Karen at the service desk when home and let us use her personal wheelchair. She only lived a couple of blocks up the road from the shop. They went above and beyond. Chelsea was very helpful loading our groceries into our car. We were very greatful with the help given A++
Just shopped here . Ardy ( excuse spelling if wrong ) was so pleasant and personable for this time of the day . She actually made my day and was so genuine and with exceptional customer service . The checkout manager was also extremely competent and lovely. I have noticed how professional yet happy she is . Thank you new world for making this brief visit easy
Friendly staff and security. Quick self service check out lanes. In house deli and made meals are fresh and delicious. Well stocked and plenty of parking. Deals with club card are well worth the time.
Quite like this store. Good choice, helpful staff, polite staff and clean store. Renovations have happened but appreciate this layout more.

Such a lovely store. The persons who shop there are some of the nicest ever. Great little chats with a few of them. The staff are knowledgeable and so helpful. Just a great place to shop. $20.00 for a pumpkin was way over the top. Treated us today with 1 though. Will enjoy it. 5 stars all the way for New World.
This New World is so cheeky to charge me a full price for an item that is already 50% quick sale. Good thing I kept the receipt and did a random check of all the items I bought. To my surprise I was charged in full! I wonder how many shopper are unaware that they paid in full for a sale item. Reported it to Commerce Commission. They were too slow to respond on this matter. As a consumer I expect that when I go to the check out counter the item I scanned is already updated in the system if its on sale. Don’t be so greedy mate, your but whole might get eetchy.
While it's not my regular choice, the closest supermarket offers convenience. Though the aisles are cozy, it fosters a sense of intimacy. The staff, while reserved, are helpful. While prices may be slightly higher, they curate a fine selection, especially in wine. However, for a more comprehensive shopping adventure, I often journey to a rural New World in a neighboring district, relishing its overall superior experience.
Least favourite supermarket. Don't go here normally even though it's the closest. Isles are too narrow, staff are not so friendly and groceries are a little expensive. Their wine pricing is higher and not too many bargains. Usually travel to another district to shop at another New World which is more rural but a better all round shopping experience.
