Gifting should be hassle-free. I was compelled to buy a gift box from Paddock To Pantry for that very reason. Instead, my gift box did not arrive on the promised date. I was promised a delivery window of 12 noon to 5 pm, and they missed it: no communication, no emails, and no calls. Just straight ghosted and forgotten about. I called Urgent Couriers, and they had no information on this order. I have attempted to resolve this by calling Paddock to Pantry using the phone number provided on their website, but my call went to voicemail and I was directed to email The Meat Box for "a faster response". No one has replied to my emails yet. It's a shame that a hassel-free gifting experience was anything but.

I was really happy with my experience. I placed my order one day and it arrived the next. Packaged well and even came with lots of free bacon! The free musashi bar was missing and when I emailed them, they emailed me back saying they have shipped it out to me. Not a discount on my next order or a sorry about that. They actually sent it out. I'm definitely going to be purchasing a box once month from now on. P.s They have afterpay which makes buying lots much easier for someone on a modest grocery budget.

so many errors in 1 order -- Terrible quality received for the majority of my veg (carrots, courgette), brown bananas and squishy tomatos. Seems all veg had been too long in deep cold store rather than FRESH. Missing items from order that was ticked as packed also (panoton frozen croissants and swirls and tasty cheese block), wrong olives sent. Plus 1 item out of stock ordered (burrata cheese), and several items showing out of stock so could not order (chevre, cheeses). All these errors plus the delivery was messed up -- First dispatch notification saying it would arrive 4 days later and then second, after escalation item tagged delivered when it had not. Delivered at 1:14pm per NZpost online. Customer Service refunded, apology - but they miss the point big time. Its more than an inconvenience when this number of errors occur. It means I have to drive the 2hr to to store and back. It voids the order as locally everything is definitely cheaper and now I know more reliable and much better quality. Worse I had to rush out as my event items were missing from the order. I think it was cheeky they think its ok apologise/refund and on with it and they still expect me to pay for delivery with errors. That many errors, genuine care looks more like a large discount or perhaps the order be free. If I could, I would of sent entire order back I was that annoyed and impacted.

Excellent little country store. The only thing they couldn't supply was my white moccha. My substitution was a good choice, and the two sweet savouries were what I needed to watch Rugby that morning. 1 star off for the white moccha. Very friendly staff also

Extremely disappointing. I purchased a Fruit and Vege Box for 49.99 plus shipping but the box I received was nothing like the one advertised on the website. According to their FAQ, they endevour to recreate the product as pictured on the website, but this is not even close. They have a misleading advertisement of their products and their customer service was not helpful at all.

Sadly disappointed. I got one fruit box and one veg box. All fruit is bruised, rotten or borderline rotten. This is what $90 gets you. Not much. None of this stuff was straight from a paddock.
