This is the ****worst pharmacy*** I’ve ever been too, on my first visit to the pharmacy I gave them my script and was waiting close to an hour before they dispensed it to me, when I asked for my script it had been sitting on the shelf and no one had called my name to come to the counter to get it, there was also no apology for their mistake. Some staff are poorly trained and rude, absolutely disgusting pharmacy. It’s better to go to countdown or chemist warehouse pharmacies that offer a free prescription which this pharmacy doesnt offer
Great pharmacy run by an awesome pharmacist who really cares & explains your meds.. Chris really gets to know his regular customers & offers great advice... Try this place out, You won't be disappointed...
Chris and the staff have been so helpful in helping me sort medications and blister packs for the care of my aging Dad. Great customer service each time I'm there. Chris's knowledge of the health pathway and informing us of different options that are available to us, also liasing with my Dad's clinic regarding prescriptions.
