   Crazy expensive haircut. $55 for an 8 yr old child!!! And a whopping $120 for a buzz cut and a beard trim. The workers were friendly enough and the haircut was ok but I nearly fell down when they charged it up and the end. For those prices that needs to be an experience to remember. Music blasting out of a smart phone sitting on the counter was a classy touch.

   Staff are friendly and experienced. I am happy with the end result. However, I can only give 3 stars due to two reasons: a. The haircut felt rushed, and I couldn’t relax, constantly worried he might accidentally cut me. b. I was in fact accidentally cut with the electric shaver, leaving a noticeable red, stinging mark on my neck. For a $65 haircut, I expected much better. Though, I will be coming back and may adjust review if my second experience is better. Edit: I had originally left 3 stars but his reply rubs me off as a person being in denial with a lack of customer service and it feels like gaslighting. His reply feels defensive, he doesn’t know how to take constructive criticism, for that reason I won’t be coming back and I’ve updated to 1 star. The owner needs to learn customer service instead of being defensive, doesn’t understand the concept of “the customer is always right” which he could benefit from learning. Smile, nod and take the feedback you will do much better, good luck.

   This was the worst haircut I have had in my life. The service was terrible, I told them specifically that I had a perm and to try his best to keep it. But he disobeyed instructions and straight up just messed everything up, and after he realised he messed it up, he just loaded my hair up with texture powder. I came here because of the reviews I’ve never been so wrong in my life. Never go to this barbershop, worst one in Auckland

   Passing by and in need of a beard trim I stopped in for a very basic clipper trim and line up. $50 is well above what anyone else charges and there is no value in that, lines weren’t clean and very uneven , there were chunks of hair missed. Also managed to cut my cheek using foil clippers, went to another barbers to fix the cut and line up the cut properly. Disappointing and do not recommend.

   Man!! Bodie is amazing! This is arguably the best haircut i’ve ever got in Auckland. Bodie is really friendly and makes me really comfortable. The haircut was quick but let me tell you he doesn’t miss a single detail on my hair! Bodie will definitely be my go-to barber from now on!! Good job!

   Bodie has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now. He’s hardworking, but more importantly has some great skill, and knows his way around some scissors. He’s always in a good mood, cheery and delivers an awesome service. He asks about my family and friends and is a great listener. I will be coming back to bodie for at least another 10 years. Best haircut in Auckland. If you are looking for a high quality job, Bodie is your guy.
