   I spent around $3000 on a brand new lounge suite here, a few months later the 3 seater we got started sinking, it now has a hole in it & i cannot sit on it properly, because i sink down every time i sit on it. I have waited 3 months for these people to sort this out & im still getting the run around. All i can say is be careful when buying from these guys, personally I will never buy furniture here again im really disappointed this has happened.

   Warning : Store manager is not friendly she is grumpy tough using rude words This what I come across from her and when I said I'm going to complain about her .. her reply was go ahead I don't care ... left a message on their Facebook messenger and after two weeks they send me email , no one cared or contacted me asking what is wrong . Sure I'm not the 1st who will complain about her . Very disappointed and shocked to see such issue from such big business!!
