   I’ve been using click and collect from this branch consistently for quite a while now. On a couple of occasions over the past two years, I received some rotten fruit, which I only noticed once I got home (about a 20-minute drive away). It wasn’t a big issue though, I emailed them with photos and they refunded the amount promptly and efficiently. The customer service staff are always awesome, with a special mention to Sina, who provides exceptional customer service every single week when I come to collect my click and collect order. Always friendly, helpful and greeting customers with a big smile.

   Tried to return an unopened box of beer within a week at Pak’nSave Papakura. One staff member said I couldn’t get a refund but could exchange it, then the manager came and said no refund or exchange at all. His reasons kept changing — first about chilled storage, then about room temperature, and finally he said it’s only refundable on the same day of purchase. But the “change of mind” policy he showed me never mentioned any same-day rule. It really felt like they could just make up the rules however they want. Very confusing and disappointing experience.

   This Pak N Save is actually quite good to go into for shopping and their customer service is ti the standard you would hope it to be. I started doing online shopping so I dont over spend haha, and everything has been great. Even if there needs to be a replacement, they called me first to make sure I was happy. I had 1 veggie that was horribly molded on the inside and could never tell from the outside but customer service was prompt, professional and credited me for the item! 10/10 great service!

   Good parking and a wide range of grocery items. I was searching for some bulk shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Took a little while to locate all the items, but in the end found some good options. Filled up with petrol using a discount voucher. Access is easy off Great South Road and the store is well located just to the north of Papakura.

   Pak n save is well known for its low priced items. This store is no exception. The entrance is greeted with range of specials on display. The store is huge. The displays are clean and tidy. Everything seems to be in its place. The staff are continually filling in where required. There is lot of variety of almost everything. The deli kitchen has been moved out and replaced by pre packed items. The meats are adequately packed to avoid dripping of juices. There is limited variety of wines but the selection is great. The signage is excellent. There is of course plenty of parking both covered and uncovered. The petrol station has well priced petrol available. I guess at some stage they may look to extend it to EV charging. The staff is helpful.

   Is PakNSave. Nice big store and usually fully shelved. Normally, get everything needed from here. Very rarely do I need to go to another supermarket to pick up something PNS didn't have.

   I normally go to this place because they stock all the loose dried food that most places doesn’t stock and it’s fairly close to my house but my recent experience been so disgust. I have bought three items and I have mistakenly scanned the wrong items at the checkout ( we all have the long day ) and approved by their checkout assistant. The assistant should have checked and let me know the mistake before approving the item. I was about to leave after paying and then the security guard held me up and accuse me of stealing. They didn’t even listen my point of view and kept accusing me of stealing $11 dollar worth of item from them. So unprofessionally and untrained team works here. Never going back to this store.

   Reasonable prices though have gotten rid of their fish and deli in place of prepackaged in single use plastics. Infant trolleys don't have belts in them in them to restrain young infants or are dirty and the covers ripped; take a blanket or cover for over them. Would do my full shop here but they don't stock all the items I use to get from them originally. Staff are friendly.

   Good prices, but they are not as fully stocked as other pak n save franchises. Small store but in handy location, parking is great. Probably they need more check and some solution to get more smaller trolleys, as bigger trolleys just sit there and no one wants to touch them, and smaller trolleys always run out in minutes, or probably they could bring in baskets
