   I went in for an appointment recently. It felt like they forgot about me while doing other customers hair during mine and leaving the bleach in my hair for too long. Then they cut gaps in my hair and had to re-tone my hair a second time. They straightened my hair wet after i asked not to as i had been sitting there for three hours already. The color is nice but had to get my hair cut again and my hair is severely damaged it takes me almost 40 minutes to get my hair combed out and for the first time ever i have to put oil and all kind of products in my hair to get it too relax. I am extremely disappointed and I may need to get my hair cut short to cut out all the damaged. Will never go back again.
