   I cannot thank you enough, today was the first time in 34years I have walked out of a Salon genuinely 100% happy with my hair. I messaged last minute the evening before and was accommodated for an early appointment the following morning on a Sunday. I received a Protein Treatment, Nanoplasty Treatment and cut. My hair is incredibly silky smooth with a glassy like shine. You were able to fix the hideous layers in my hair with a beautiful straight cut. When I saw the results I honestly felt happy tears welling up in my eyes. I have hated my hair my entire life until now! Thank you for the bottom of my heart!

   My first time at this salon and I am very happy with the result. She did a warm caramel balayage on my naturally dark thick hair and it turned out amazing. The ladies were all lovely to chat with aswell. If I had to be critical it would only be that the price is a little expensive esp for those who don’t get their hair done often (like me) - the cost was $490. However they have an afterpay option which was great. I would definitely recommend this Salon if you are looking for somewhere that offers great service and quality.

   I went to this shop a couple months ago and asked for full head of foils but got told I could only do balayage (not sure why as 95% of my hair was virgin hair). I agreed to the balayage, I was charged $450 for balayage, shampoo, condition, treatment & trim. As the lady bleached and foiled my hair she told me to let her know if my hair feels hot. After maybe 20-30min in I felt the foil in my hair burning/heating my skin on my neck and on my ears. I told the lady it was hot she only felt the ends of some of the foils rather than feeling each foil individually or in small groups. She told me it was fine. The foils were than left on for another 20-30min before washing my hair out. My hair was than washed out, cut and straightened. When the lady washed my hair out her body language, such as shaking her head, implied to me that something was wrong but instead of telling me she spoke to the manager in their language than came back to the sink grabbed whatever was in the sink wrapped it up in foil and discretely disregarded it. It wasn’t to my knowledge at the time that it was a LARGE percentage of my hair that had fallen out due to the bleach being in for too long (it was virgin hair). After the manager straightened my hair she told me that I had a lot of box dye in my hair. I told her no that is untrue I haven’t dyed my hair for 2years and it was only a small percentage of my ends that weren’t virgin hair due to my hair growing out for 2years. She for some reason still kept on saying “no you had a lot of box dye in your hair”. I travelled from West Auckland and couldn’t be late for work so I left without properly looking at the result of my hair. When I got home after work however I went through my hair and found that A LOT of it had been burnt off! It is so thin and there are A LOT of short hairs. My hair length was long and I only asked for a trim but she had to cut more off due to the damage without informing me. I was so upset when I got home, I grew my hair out for 2years due to the last time it was bleached at another salon which also had damaged my hair and burnt my scalp which I had also informed this salon about prior to getting my hair done out of fear hoping it wouldn’t happen again. Unfortunately for me it happened again. I no longer want to go to any salon to get my hair done now because of this. I also seen on her Facebook page my before photo is advertised as someone else’s before hair rather than my own. I also find it ironic how my before picture is actually another girls hair who ACTUALLY had dye/bleach in it. I have not bothered to contact the store about it due to my experience in the salon. They knew they had messed up my hair and refused to inform me that shows me they don’t really care about their customers but instead care about the money. I have not gone to this salon for any other services and I won’t be going back unless it is for a refund. My hair is naturally black and thick now it is damaged and thin. I have attached before and after photos so you can see the difference in my hair thickness and length (I only wanted a trim) after going to this salon. Please note that there is far more hair messing than what is pictured, I just wanted to give yous an idea of what a part of my hair looks like now as I’m not sure how to take the photos from the back of my head. So here are some side views.

   Lovely team. Very easy to communicate with via Facebook and in person. I looked around for quotes and they were affordable and I love the result on my hair. Nas was great and Lara did and awesome job with my keratin treatment. I have had 4 keratin treatments and this was the only one that didn't bother me as much. The first two( I did elsewhere) were so horrible and painful(eyes and nose etc) that I didn't want another until I saw how Lara & Nas did another person's keratin and so booked for mine. They made sure I was comfortable and that my eyes were not too irritated. Thanks a bunch :) I will be back soon for a toner or another keratin treatment. Also, thanks for helping me out by holding one of my twin babies for a bit.

   I went there to get my hair done last Friday. The customer service was nice. I talked to the two female hair stylists who said they been working there for 3 - 6 years or so which is nice. They couldn't give me the pixie haircut that I wanted so I settled for a nice tidy up. Cost came to $350 (excluding cost for products bought afterwards). I would recommend them if you're living in the neighborhood or so.
