Terrible service. Went in for a rat test as family member has covid and needed one for rest of family. Instead of just saying "sorry we don't have any tests" the pharmacist said "no no no its over now" with flailing arms. Shall I tell my family member who has already tested positive for covid its over?
Best pharmacy because of Youi. She is so caring and always goes above and beyond She picks if there is any mistake with prescription and then calls The clinic to make sure it’s the correct dose. She calls and reminds about any prescription. Best pharmacist ever

The counselling at this pharmacy Is drastically above industry norms. A lot of pharmacies will bag and wrap and hand you your meds and say “That will be $35, thanks have a great day.” Takanini Urgent Pharmacy takes an obvious holistic approach to healthcare and leaves you thinking your healthcare doesn’t just stop at the doctors office. (And for the most part for free) Unfortunately across the entire healthcare sector there have been staffing constraints and lack of funding which impacts the operating abilities. I can gladly say this pharmacy have not let there standards drop even in the current environment. Unfortunately their hours have had to change, on the contrary to other opinions I believe this has been done adequately. I have worked in pharmacy for 7 years. I have worked at this pharmacy in the past on a casual basis and can confidently tell you that they practise significantly above industry standard; to the point I continue to use them as my preferred pharmacy. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are only people at the end of the day. They have good and bad days. If you have complaints maybe try and directly address them with the pharmacy rather than post online you may find it’s more constructive.
Had the best consultation ever. The lady was totally amazing. I've been to a few Chemist if they ask a question I always give the same answer. There is never a reply until today. I will definitely listen to what she said. Thank you.
