Recently purchased our new dining table and chairs from Urbano. Outstanding service from beginning to end . Jennene went to every extreme to sort out our requirements , even to the day of pick up . Our freight company said it was one of the easiest pick ups they have had . Would 100% deal with this company again
What a stunning shop!! We especially made a trip from Wellington to Auckland to look out Urbano's beautiful chairs, we couldn't find anything even similar in Wellington. Especially love the style of our Alexander and James 'Percy' chair, ssoooo comfortable, and we love our 'Chess' chair, absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our little studio. I cannot say anything bad about our experience in dealing with Sara when ordering our custom made dining table and pair of matching side table. The level of customer service remotely was excellent. The furniture here really really fabulous! The range of leather sofaโs is amazing and I absolutely love the way they have used unique wallpaper to style different sections of the store. This store is wonderfully merchandised and just takes you off to another realm that feels so lovely.
