Needs a new manager, you can tell the staff & manager don’t care about the customers or if the drinks are even up to standard quality they make it taste bad on purpose because staff don’t like when customers come, they are paid hourly so they don’t care about the business, the franchise must make changes asap or this bussniess will go down hill
Worst service ever I experienced. I went there for a pick up order. No customer or order they were preparing. I went there around 11am on Sunday 05/10/2025. When I turned up, one lady was focusing on the paperwork. I said “Hi, I am here for my pick up order”, but the lady showed very unpleasant face and said “What order?”. I showed my order on the app, and another lady came and gave at me side eye. I don’t expect a smile in case they are tired, but can’t they just say hi back thou? When I put my hand towards them to get my box, the lady doing the paperwork, ignored it and just put the box on the table and slide towards me. Why?? I was standing very close distance. When I said thank you at the end, they did not care at all. I am not going to visit or order from this store again. The company should let these ladies do another training. I really don’t get their behaviour.
I love getting iced latte from here, they are so underrated. Very well priced if you compare to local cafes, iced coffee can be very expensive there
I absolutely love this Dunkin donuts! The staff are friendly and they go above and beyond for me each time I return, remembering what I order. Service is super fast so I’m never waiting long and I appreciate their patience when I bring in my daughter. Would recommend 1000%. They are awesome! Thanks Ladies.
The service is great. Around 8-11am is probably the best time to go because the store gets busy around 12-4 and the donuts might get sold out. Weekend staff is quite quick even during busy hours but it does get packed. Its also better to go in before 11 because they clean their ice cream machine around that time so the thickshakes might not be available. Over all its quite good

The donuts were scrumptious but coffee was very bitter even with syrup added.
We ordered coffees and donuts and the coffees taste like ashtray we want a refund but there is no correct phone number.
Very kind staff. Managed to make me a perfect hot chocolate before the power turned off. Amazing service.
Do you want your order to be incorrect? Do you want to show up on time to collect your donuts and find out they have been stolen due to worker negligence? Do you want to be blamed for stealing food you have paid for with your hard earned money??? This is the place for you. Never ever have I dealt with such rude incompetent staff who talk over you and assume they know what you are thinking. What a joke, I've never been accused of stealing and I don't plan on letting it sit nicely when all I wanted was my donuts.
