   This store will not give specials the company advertised for. The company wouldn’t answer either and it’s false advertising. They have Absolute on sale, but the Takapuna store refused to give the discount. I rang 3 other random stores and they all have it on sale. They should be reported and fined for this. Arrived are 949 on Monday and was completely closed.

   Well, have just bought a pack of Mac’s and didn’t check the best before date. It turned out to be 16.11.21 so the beer expired almost 1.5 years ago. Don’t come to this place or you might be caught like myself

   This is going to be a long review, but for some good reasons. I went to this store today to buy liquor and my experience wasn't great. I've decided to be generous and give this store at least one star for good selection and reasonable prices. But the customer service was terrible. The guy at the counter yelled at me for "taking too long" even though I was only in there for one minute. He also accused me of not paying quickly enough and told me to hurry up with that. The store was completely empty while I was in there. Then he proceeded to tell me there were other liquor stores I could go to instead of this one. In the end, I paid for my stuff and left with no intention of ever coming back again. I've been reading the reviews on here and this is clearly not the first time people in this store have been mistreated recently. I would like to ask management to find out which guy worked there during the time I went and deal with him. (I was there at 2-3pm this afternoon, so I'm complaining about the guy who worked that shift.) His behaviour is unacceptable and anyone who treats customers with disrespect shouldn't be allowed to deal with them in the first place. On the other hand, I'm glad there are other liquor stores in my local area. I will make sure to do what the guy said and take a good look at them instead of coming back to this one.
