   Ordered the 12 Bottle Bordeaux Essentials expecting 12 different wines as shown in the product imagery. Instead received duplicates – defeating the whole point of a mixed case for exploration. Delivery took 8 days (ordered 2 Dec, arrived 10 Dec) despite the website stating 3-5 working days, and I had to chase for updates rather than receiving proactive communication. Customer service was polite but shouldn't have needed to follow up myself. Won't be ordering again.

   Don’t bother, many other’s out there who are professional and value your business. Paid for something and get a reply that it was wrongly priced on their website and either they could charge you at a higher price or could give a refund. Can’t believe they are up to same old tricks.

   We exchanged e-mails several times because I ordered an item that was not in stock. They responded kindly to various questions and requirements that might be cumbersome. Thank you, Kate, for coming out and responding to me even when I was picked up at the warehouse. I don't think we can see such kindness and response in Auckland these days.

   Very easy to use site, they made it really appealing to join as there are some great mixed cases from different regions at considerably lower prices to other sites I've visited. The order was ready for pick up the next day and I was able to pick up here in the North Shore. Great value.

   Very handy location, parking at the front door. Very friendly help staff. They have unique stocks and heaps varieties when comparing to other wine stores. Excellent values for money. Highly recomended. For a physical visit on site or on their website.

   Some very good deals on a reasonable selection of cheap wines. But if you're looking for quality wines, the selection is very limited. Unfortunately, the website has a lot of bogus 5 star reviews, so do not use their reviews as a burying guide or you will likely be disappointed. The priorities need to moderate the user reviews to improve the quality. They should also add more reviews from reputable wine critics.
