   I started my journey at the Auckland home show, where there were multiple flooring options on offer. Forte looked like they had the best quality product so I included them in my shortlist. I visited two other suppliers before visiting the Forte showroom in Grey Lynn where the service offered by Mollidy was absolutely top class. Apart from the product being the best quality that I had seen, and even after knowing that Forte would get my business, Mollidy’s patience and service put up with further visits and further questions as she showed me more options, explained the benefits of the 25 year product guarantees (which can only come from a company who has been around for as long as Forte) and recommended a superb installer. Delivery and installation now complete with absolutely no hitches and it met all my expectations and more. No stress. I would happily recommend Mollidy and Forte to anyone thinking of Wooden flooring. Superb quality.

   We just delt with forte flooring with a major renovation we did and I couldn’t speak highly enough of them! Other than the floor being exactly what we wanted and really setting our place off with a fantastic product. Their customer service is second to none! I delt with Felix Piesse and Mel Smith and both of them were outstanding with knowledge and just getting things done when I had a query or needed product. Everything they said they were going to do happened so quickly and was never forgotten. Both of them a true asset to the team. I wish every company had a Mel and Felix!! I won’t be going anywhere else for the next renovation as you won’t find a better flooring range or better customer service than them. Thanks for making the process so easy team, we love our floors!

   After looking at many flooring options we went with the Ultra Champagne Oak not only does it look amazing, people comment on the feel underfoot compared to cheaper options. The only thing that equals the quality of the floor is the service of Larissa and Majo. We started the process during level 3 and they were great helping over email and then in-store. and from the building sides of things. It turned up exactly when the builder asked. So that we had no delays. Highly recommend

Forte not only guided us through the selection process, but helped us with a very competent installer who laid and finished the flooring exactly how we wanted.
