I visited The Lab Pharmacy today for some advice and spoke to Ming the pharmacist who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ming provided me with all the products and information that I needed. I would highly recommend their services and I will certainly be visiting here again.
Hayden and the team at The LAB are the best in the business. I get regular Xeomin (similar to Botox) and have more recently had my lips done. They are so knowledgable and caring. I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else!
Probably the best facial clinic I have been to. Highly recommend! I have done Laser MD and Juvelook boost to help for my acne scars, pores, pigmentation and overall skin rejuvenation. Can’t wait for the results! Clinic’s ambience is superb and staff are very professional!
I've had botox and facial treatments done here and am so happy with the results!! I have sensitive skin and have had negative experiences elsewhere, Hayden was very empathetic and made sure he found the right treatment for me. All the staff were friendly and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Recommend.
Hayden is very knowledgeable at all things pharmacy and cosmetic medicine related. He is efficient and gives a thorough pre, interim and post consultation. Very reasonable prices also.

We are extremely grateful to Lab Pharmacy staff for fitting us in on a busy Saturday morning after a muck up with our booking through a 3rd party. The staff were very compassionate and sympathetic with our situation and went out of there way to accommodate us. Really appreciated They were very informative on the procedure- Vitamin C infusion, did 5-10 minute checks , making sure we were comfortable during the appointment. Nice and clean interior. The prices are very reasonable and even cheaper than other places. the service were great too!! Highly recommended!!. I did the xeomin botox all over my face and it was no pain and result looks so natural!! The pharmacist was super light handed. Definitely come back for sure.
