Had to give 2-3 stars as I have been with Glenfield Clinic for a few years and always enjoyed coming here. This week I had chosen to quit as I am finding that the communication is becoming poor. I was booked for an appointment (that was booked weeks ago) only to find out that I was not booked. There was no courtesy text to inform me. Disappointing to find out on the day as I live 45 minutes away from the clinic. This has happened to me more than twice already. The explanation I was given is that the therapist had been transferred to another clinic - such a lame excuse for not following up with your clients. My payments are all up to date so really upset about this service. Hopefully other customers won’t have this experience. Please improve your communication.

Absolutely love walking into the clinic for my appointments. The staff are friendly and we are always greeted with smiles from entry to exit.. (I say "we" as my very young daughters are forced to come with me, and the ladies at the front desk always keep them entertained - which is an added bonus for me) I have my treatments done by Aliesha, and she is amazing!!

My face feels so good after my skin treatment a couple of days ago! I don't even want to wear makeup! The staff are so friendly and inviting and didn't try to upsell anything. Love this location - super handy to get to and lots of parking!! Can't wait for my next treatment.
