   I usually go there to top up my AT card. I usually see the same faces, but today it was a new person at the counter. He was really really rude when talking to me and did not know any customer service skills at all. Please be mindful of who you hire next time.

   August 2020 I visited this shop to top up my HOP card, and the black man behind the counter falsely accused me of leaving a bad review on Google. So aggressive. From now on I will top up elsewhere. Goodbye, Civic Convenience store. You will never be missed if you're wound up.

   Everyone, WATCH OUT!! When you visit this store, make sure to check your receipt. Yesterday, I visited the store and paid $50 in cash to top up my hop card. However, the cashier only topped up $25, and my balance only shows $25. I immediately told him, "Hey, I asked for $50, not $25." And he topped up the rest of $25 again. But he didn't respond or say anything else.His attitude seems problematic and rather deliberate, rather than being just a mistake. Anyways, It may be an extreme speculation, but if I hadn't checked the receipt, he could claim that he received $25. Let's immediately check the receipt.

   Worst customer service experience so far in nz. Went to purchase a vape from this store and the guy was so rude and worst in his behavior. Didn't allow to see the the vape at all. They will definitely loose all their customers if this continues. Will never visit.

   Have a gut to reply under my review like an innocent!! DO NOT COME HERE TO TOP UP YOUR HOP CARD!!!! They are dodgy business The guy over the counter charged me $20 for my HOP Card but didn’t top my one up - be aware of their trick or you will lose your money - Not even worth it for 1 star on Google
