   My family has been a part of the TLC family for around 3 years now over two children. Our time with my youngest there is coming to an end and it's with such a heavy heart that we move on. The incredibly experienced teachers at TLC have taught me so much about parenting and provided different perspectives on how I'd viewed certain things previously. Their philosophy has paid off in dividends for my children and it was a beautiful thing to watch them thrive, grow their confidence and self awareness in their time with TLC. We feel so fortunate and grateful for every day spent in this magical centre. We will miss you all so much! Thank you for everything!!

   My daughter loves it here! Sometimes so much so that she doesn't want to come home with us. I don't blame her though; the food sounds delicious, the facilities are great, and the teachers are amazing! 5/5 would send more kids here.

   TLC was good to begin with but we decided to leave as they were unable to provide the one-on-one care that we signed up for, and paid for, because of chronic staffing issues. We understood the challenges facing the centre during this time, but eventually could not work around their unreliability, and they did not seem to be able to resolve it. After we gave more than the 1 month required notice, we felt very let down by the centre as the care they gave our child was completely diminished. Rock bottom was during our child's final week at TLC, the owner sent us a voice recording of our (completely healthy) child crying for us, and TLC demanding that we pick him up because he was "fussy" and they were unable to provide him the care he required. This was heartbreaking and astoundingly unprofessional. Fortunately, our son is very happy and content at his new day care.

   TLC is such a respectful and caring environment, super lucky to have my daughter learn and grow here. The teachers and staff are so friendly and welcoming and have created such a strong community bond. The philosophy they believe in and use, has been a massive reason my daughter is confident, caring and super curious. They are committed to our tamariki and I love how genuine they are, they respect the children so much and it shows in how they interact and talk with them every day. The level and detail of care they give the children is beyond me. Highly recommend!!
